Not at all. This wheel cover is totally odor-free.

Since it’s not an insulated cover, will it stay warmer than the standard steering wheel?

During Minnesota winters, I can tell you from experience that it doesn’t stay warmer than the standard steering wheel. Anyone that tells you otherwise doesn’t reside in a place where it actually gets cold outside.

Will this be suitable for a 2002 acura rsx?

Not recommended as it will be too small for this cover because 2002 acura rsx isn’t standard size.

Is this suitable for a 2010 Mazda3?

The plastic wrap it came in got me worried but there were no signs of it being folded after installation. Easy installation after placing it in the sun for some minutes and it looks and feels great. Though the seams in the cover made it a bit uncomfortable, I don’t consider it a big issue. It will probably take some getting used to as my former cover was smooth.

The installation might be challenging but it’s vital to make a nice tight fit. Though we were skeptical about the universal sizing resulting in a loose feel. In a couple of minutes, we had it lined up aesthetically and installed it. Perfectly suitable for the car and feels good.
