My Chevy Silverado diesel truck uses the power steering fluid for the brakes. For the first few years, I neglected the fluid but now I suck out what I can and put it in this new fluid. At every oil change, I do this and it tremendously helps with the brakes. Furthermore, smooth steering operation due to no squeaks or noises.

Whenever I started my car, my 2004 Chevrolet Tahoe would whine so bad that you will think a clunker is nearby. This was as a result of the pouring steering reservoir being bone dry. With this product, I filled the reservoir and had half a bottle remaining for emergencies. Though I’m yet to figure out why it leaked in the first place, it solved my problem. Keep in mind that it doesn’t solve your leaking problem but fixes whining issue.

Nice product though the stop leak version produces pink sludge. The only store I can find a big bottle of this fluid without the stop leak additive is Amazon.

Very affordable steering fluid and has no issues.

Noise in the power steering system was stopped by changing the fluid. I drain the reservoir and replace the fluid once a year with automotive pump. Then drive in circles to help circulate the fluid and then repeat the process.
