Observe the directions, dammit! I cleaned a Black 2018 Civic since the dealer had swirled the paint. Given how frequently I notice the car to be dirty, I was interested in giving this a try.

I included images of the cardboard. There was a lot of leftover paraffin, so I used to leave it on for 48 hours to soak it. I move the brushes around every 6 to 8 hours or so to try and cover all the potential oversaturated angles.

You’ll need to “break in” these, as others have noted; the first few occasions you use it, it might leave some wax and a few little red threads on your car. It will air out if you follow the directions and lay it out on a piece of newspaper (in my instance, a brown paper bag), after which you may shake it out before using. 5/20/2020 – I just received mine yesterday, and I put it in a brown paper bag because I didn’t have any newspaper to lay it on like the maker advised. Late yesterday, I washed my BLACK 2018 Mercedes E63.
