This product is unbeatable, particularly considering the cost. I ordered it once before for a vacation to Texas in the latter part of July, and I was so pleased with it that I ordered another for my second vehicle when we got back. The large fits both the Ford Freestyle (2007) and the Ford Edge (2019) that we have. To be sure of the size you need to purchase, be sure to input your automobile in their search engine.

People. On our journey, the daily highs in Texas, Missouri, and Arkansas all exceeded 100 degrees. Over the past few days, it reached 104-106. Despite the record-breaking temperatures, this chic little piece of plastic prevented our backs and thighs from roasting in the sun and losing all of their skin. Our car was at minimum 15-20 degrees cooler than it would have been ordinarily, and the seats were shaded, even after spending a whole day in a large open parking lot at a water park. I simply can’t express enough how wonderful this sunshade. Although the wheel cover is a lovely extra, we didn’t really require it because the windshield shade did such a fantastic work. I’ll purchase it again right away if it ever rips or breaks. Use it!!

Each year when the hot weather comes around, I have fear going to run my car before I drive just so it cools down enough so I don’t burn my hand on the shift knob. I drive a black on black car. When I had had enough, I made the decision that it was time to make some purchases to improve the situation. The steering wheel cover was a nice addition, and this sunshade fit my windshield wonderfully. After utilizing the sunshade, I noticed a difference in the surface temperatures of the interior metals and plastics rather than the overall temperature of the car.

With this cover, I don’t have to bother about getting burned on the hot trim even while the car is still warm. For the price, I highly recommend this sunshade to give you some much-needed relief. If you can, window tint will also help with this issue.

Since the 2001 Honda Accord is actually a little bit too large, I’m not completely clear why it was categorized as an XL.

There is a significant flap of extra screen hanging on the passenger’s side, in addition to the extra fabric, as can be seen in the photos taken inside my car. Yes, I had to clear some room around the dashcam, however that wasn’t enough to address the screen’s width. The flaps are enormous!

It kind of has a silly mess-like exterior, however I didn’t purchase it for appearances or aesthetics. I’m supporting it with the sun visors, and it appears that it will remain in position.

I’m okay with it overall, and I hope that it will fulfill its job of hiding the heat and sunrays!

Experience: Since I don’t enjoy writing reviews, when I do so, it’s usually because I firmly agree or disagree with anything. I used to see these on other people’s windshields and would always think, “I know their car is really hot because of that thin shade in their windows.” WRONG. It will undoubtedly be a little hot or heated based on other factors.

BUT in my opinion, this far outshines the ridiculous accordion sun shade! It’s challenging to please my partner, however when he entered the cool automobile after a long walk in the blazing sun, he exclaimed, “This is much preferable lol.” The car had just been running for around five minutes and had spent the first half of the day in the sun. The heat index was higher because the temperature was in the 90s at the time.

Product: Although I wouldn’t really call these two items cons, I do wish there were more color options and, after viewing the video at minimum twice, I found it first frustrating to try to twist the product back into its cover. But after a few tries, I eventually got the hang of it, lol. The steering wheel cover looked big enough to fit any size steering wheel, however I gave it to my friend since I didn’t want it. This product’s ability to practically cover my complete windshield is something we both like.

Additionally, the excess cloth hangs over far enough to partially obscure both the driver’s and passenger’s windows. an Elantra 2014 from Hyundai. Last but not least, compared to an accordion windshield, it takes my car less time to cool down since it covers the full windshield. I heartily endorse this product! Good material; effective. However, I did not record the before-and-after temperatures; I’ll do so for the following review. I really like how these completely enclose the windshield with only a slight overhang on the borders. Nevertheless, a sewn-in slit for the mirror base would be ideal if the product design itself had one. Given that this is a one-piece, it is a little uncomfortable there. It’s not particularly lightweight and you can’t wedge either side like you might with a two-piece, so if you don’t have well-functioning sun visors, you might have difficulty putting it in position. Despite the fact that the sizing chart is often precise, please do yourself a good and measure your windshield to be certain.

I really wanted to adore this sun shade, however my 2018 Ford Escape does not quite suit it. Because of the enormous windshield of this vehicle, I’m not certain if I should have purchased the bigger size than they advised because it doesn’t stay up on its own. In order to prevent it from falling, I had to lower the visors. Nevertheless, it performs a great job of reflecting heat, and the steering wheel cover is an extra plus.
